All of our breads are baked with no additives or preservatives. The best way we recommend keeping your loaves fresh is to put in air tight bag or container in your freezer. This will keep your bread fresh for up to 6 weeks. Sandwich breads are best toasted directly out of the freezer. Our baguette, dinner rolls, ciabatta rolls and focaccia are best removed from freezer, wrapped in foil then baked at 350 for about 5-8 minutes. They should taste like they are fresh out of the oven. ENJOY!
Currently we offer porch pick ups and our Gluten Free Bread Shed open. Our Shed hours are posted regularly. We are also at local farm markets all year. Check out our social media pages for updates on times and locations. All pre-orders for pick up require 48 hours notice. Thanks!
Yes, We are a gluten free only kitchen. We make artisan gluten free breads. We are celiac safe. Most of our breads are also dairy free and/or vegan.
If you have specific allergies we are often able to change our recipe to accommodate your needs. Feel free to send us an email or chat to discuss and see if we can make something for you.
